Return Window
You have 7 days from delivery to report defects or wrong items. Contact us on WhatsApp within this window to initiate a return.
Conditions
Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are made to your original bank account.
Easy Buy Cancellation
Easy Buy orders can be cancelled before the first installment. Deposits are refundable minus a 10% administrative fee. After the first installment, cancellations are subject to plan-specific terms.
