Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation is sent after payment is verified.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Payment is by bank transfer to our official Access Bank account. We are not responsible for transfers made to any other account.
Easy Buy Plans
Easy Buy requires a minimum 30% deposit and completion of scheduled installments. Products remain the property of Maximum Valuable Export until the final payment is verified. Missed payments beyond 30 days may result in cancellation and forfeiture of paid installments.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather, or force majeure events. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repair, or acts of God.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
